USEFUL DETAILS / FAQ

A little clarity.
A better beginning.

How we work, where your brief goes, and what to expect next.

What happens when I choose Explore possibilities?

Your choices produce suggested service areas on the same page. They do not submit an inquiry or create a booking. Choose “Prepare a conversation brief” to carry the suggestion into the inquiry form. You review it before choosing Send inquiry.

Where does my conversation brief go?

You first review it on the page. When you choose Send inquiry, it is saved in the Campbell Creates private inquiry inbox. An on-screen reference confirms that it was received. You can copy or download a copy for your records. Email notifications are not currently enabled.

Can I combine service areas?

Yes. A school program may need curriculum, a staff workshop, and family-facing communications. A community group may need partnership planning and creative support. We explore a manageable combination together.

Do we have to pay everything upfront?

We can discuss phased or milestone payments, recurring support, and school-term or annual agreements. Scope, payment timing, and responsibilities are confirmed together before work begins.

Can we start small or collaborate as individuals?

Yes. We welcome schools, nonprofits, community groups, businesses, creatives, friends, and new partners. A shared idea, a smaller first phase, or a specific need can be the starting point. Tell us about your resources and what would make collaboration workable.

Can I recommend a young person or make a community connection?

Yes. Community members, educators, youth-support professionals, and partners can use the community connection form to suggest that a family explore the mentorship program, start a collaboration conversation, or share a resource. Please do not include a young person’s name or sensitive details. For a young person’s own interest, a parent or legal guardian should use the separate caregiver form. This is not an emergency or crisis-support service.

What does Established 2024 in the logo mean?

The supplied concepts place the creative identity in 2024, when Jesse was already using the Campbell Creates creative director title. The logo date is a brand reference and should not be treated as verification of the LLC’s legal formation date.
